Account Deletion — Pied Piper Pest Control App

To request deletion of your Pied Piper Pest Control account and associated data, email support@thepiedpiper.com from the email address on file, or call 1 (800) 834-4034, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your customer account number.

We will process your request within 5 business days.

What we delete: your login credentials, device identifiers, and app-stored preferences associated with your account.

What we retain: transaction and service history required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes, which is retained for 3 years per our standard business records retention policy, even after account deletion.
